This cable chain is made in sterling silver, rhodium plated. Cable chain is the classic oval-link chain, each link turned at right angles to the next; it is the natural choice for a pendant. At 2.8 mm it has presence on its own and does not need a pendant. Its listed weight is 14.4 g; weight varies with the length or size you choose. Available in 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″. As a guide, at 18″ it falls just below the collarbone; at 20″ it lands on the upper chest; at 22″ it rests mid-chest.
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. A rhodium finish gives it a bright white surface and slows tarnishing. Wear it alone, or layer it with a finer chain at a shorter length.
