Metal and purity, construction, weight, stones and grade are stated on every product page. Every diamond we sell is lab-grown and is described that way. Gold-plated pieces are named as plated. If a piece is ever different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under our Refund Policy.

Where a piece includes an IGI grading report, its product page says so, and the stone’s description can be checked independently.

Every piece carries a 3-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not replace your rights under the law; it adds to them.

We collect only what an order needs. Identity documents for orders of $1,000 or more are encrypted, used only to verify the order, and deleted 90 days after it is completed. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.

Reviews come only from verified buyers. We publish them whether they are positive or negative, and we never pay for them. Read more on Client Reviews.
