These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of fine jewelry from Peelerie. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General terms

1.1 Acceptance of terms. By using Peelerie.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase jewelry from Peelerie.com. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products

2.1 Product descriptions. Peelerie strives to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of our jewelry. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, pricing, or other content on Peelerie.com is always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2.2 Availability. All jewelry products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for sale and to discontinue products without prior notice.

2.3 Custom orders. If you request custom jewelry or modifications to any existing product, we will provide a detailed description of the design, pricing, and timeline. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the production process begins.

3. Orders and payment

3.1 Order acceptance. When you place an order on Peelerie.com, you make an offer to purchase the items subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.

3.2 Pricing. Prices are displayed in the currency of the market you are shopping from, and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is final and will be the amount charged to your payment method.

3.3 Payment methods. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options as listed on Peelerie.com. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

3.4 Sales tax, duties and import charges. Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your shipping address and applicable tax laws. For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so no further charges are payable on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

3.5 Verification for high-value orders. For orders totaling $1,000 or more, Peelerie may require additional verification before the order is processed or shipped. This may include a completed Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of the cardholder's government-issued photo ID, along with a copy of the payment card showing only the last four digits. This process exists to protect our customers from unauthorized use of their payment information and to prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders subject to this review may take longer to process than our standard handling time. We will contact you by email if your order requires verification, and orders will not ship until the requested documentation is received. If documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 Shipping. Peelerie ships to the United States, Canada, and to Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Domestic shipping is charged at the fixed rates published in our Shipping Policy. International orders ship with DHL Express Worldwide, quoted by the carrier at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions, with the exact amount shown before you pay.

4.2 Delivery. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Peelerie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including shipping services and customs processes. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier transit times and begin once your order has shipped.

4.3 Risk of loss. Every shipment is insured by Peelerie for the full value of the package. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your jewelry on arrival and notifying us of any damage or discrepancy immediately, as insurance claims are time-limited.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 Return and exchange policy. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges, and conditions.

5.2 Eligibility. Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation, within the time frame specified in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

5.3 Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you hold under the consumer law of your own country. Where such rights apply, including the right of withdrawal available to consumers in European Union member states, they take precedence over the general terms set out here and in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Ownership. All content on Peelerie.com, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of Peelerie and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Use of content. You may not use any content from Peelerie.com without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to reproduction, distribution, or modification of content.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 No liability for indirect damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peelerie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the purchase of jewelry.

7.2 Maximum liability. In no event shall Peelerie's liability exceed the amount paid for the specific jewelry item or items that gave rise to the claim.

7.3 Consumer rights. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you as a consumer.

8. Privacy and data protection

8.1 Privacy policy. Your use of Peelerie.com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Indemnity

9.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peelerie, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expenses arising out of your use of Peelerie.com or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10.1 Governing law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.3 Consumers outside the United States. If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.

11.1 Modification of terms. Peelerie reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Peelerie.com constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
