Proof, not promises. These are the things we hold every piece to, and the places on the site where you can check them.

Stated, not implied

Every product page states the metal and its purity, the construction, the approximate weight, and the stones and their grade. Gold is 10K, 14K or 18K. Sterling silver is .925. If a piece is gold-plated sterling silver, the page says so in the name and the description. Nothing is described as solid when it is not.

Lab-grown, and documented

Every diamond Peelerie sells is lab-grown, and a piece that includes an IGI grading report says so on its product page. A lab-grown diamond has the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a mined one; the difference is origin, and we state it. Read Diamond Documentation for what a certificate records.

Designed and finished in New York

Each piece is designed and finished in New York, where it is checked against its specifications before it is packed and dispatched, insured for its full value.

Backed in writing

Every piece carries a 3-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and you have 14 days from delivery to return an eligible piece. Both are set out in our Refund Policy, in plain language.

Questions

Are your diamonds certified?

A piece that includes an IGI grading report says so on its product page, and the report travels with it; please keep it with the piece. If the product page does not mention IGI, that piece does not come with a report.

Do you sell plated jewelry?

Some sterling silver pieces are plated in gold, and their product pages say so. Everything else is solid gold or sterling silver throughout.

Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond?

Yes. It is carbon crystallized in the same cubic structure as a mined diamond. It is described as lab-grown because that is its origin.

What is your return policy?
