Processing and handling

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 business days. The daily cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern Time; orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the following business day. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier transit times and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Every shipment is insured for the full value of the package. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, and tracking is also available from your account.

Where we ship

Peelerie currently ships to the United States, Canada, and five European destinations: Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Canada and Europe

International orders ship with DHL Express Worldwide. The rate is quoted by the carrier at checkout, based on destination, weight and dimensions, so the exact amount is shown before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

All international orders ship duty-paid. Estimated duties and import taxes appear as a separate line at checkout and are forwarded to the carrier on your behalf, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Switzerland is not a member of the European Union and is treated as a separate customs territory. Swiss orders clear customs independently of EU shipments.
