This Cuban chain is made in 14K yellow gold. Cuban links are heavy, interlocking curb links, flattened and polished so the chain lies close to the body. At 9.1 mm it is a bold, substantial chain. It is semi-solid: the links are partly hollowed to lower the weight while keeping the full width. Available in 22″, 24″. As a guide, at 22″ it rests mid-chest; at 24″ it sits lower on the chest and over clothing.
At 14K, the metal is 58.5% pure gold: warm in colour, hard enough for everyday wear, and it will not tarnish. It works on its own or as the base of a layered set.
