Lite Rope Chain, 2.5 mm, 10K Yellow Gold

This rope chain is made in 10K yellow gold. A rope chain twists small links into a spiral, so it catches light along its whole length. At 2.5 mm it is an everyday width that works alone or layered with others. It is made in a reduced-weight construction, lighter than a fully solid piece of the same width. Available in 16″, 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″. As a guide, at 16″ it sits at the base of the neck; at 18″ it falls just below the collarbone; at 20″ it lands on the upper chest.

10K gold is 41.7% pure gold, alloyed with stronger metals, which makes it harder-wearing and more resistant to scratches than higher karats. It works on its own or as the base of a layered set.
