Description

This Figaro chain is made in 10K yellow gold. A Figaro chain alternates short flat links with one longer link, a rhythm that originated in Italy. At 6.6 mm it is a statement width, worn on its own. It is made in a reduced-weight construction, lighter than a fully solid piece of the same width. Length: 24″. As a guide, at 24″ it sits lower on the chest and over clothing.

At 10K the metal is 41.7% gold; the higher share of alloy makes it harder and more scratch-resistant than 14K. It works on its own or as the base of a layered set.
