The Process
Designed.
Made.
Checked.
Material is only the starting point. What decides a piece is how it is made and how carefully it is checked before it reaches you. This is the process, stage by stage.

Design
Every piece begins in New York. Proportion, weight and setting are decided before anything is made, so a chain is specified by its link, gauge and gram weight, and a ring by its profile and the way its stones are held.
Production
Pieces are cast, assembled and set by specialist fine-jewelry manufacturers working to our specifications: the metal and purity, the construction, and the stones and their grade.

Finishing
Each piece is finished in New York. Surfaces are polished or textured as designed, and the details that decide how a piece wears, such as clasps, prongs and links, are given their final attention here.

Inspection
Before a piece is packed, it is checked against its product page: metal, weight, stones, length or size, and the security of its clasp and settings. If it does not match what we told you, it does not ship.
Dispatch
Pieces that include an IGI grading report are packed with it. Every order ships insured for its full value, and stays our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
