This rope chain is made in 14K yellow gold. A rope chain twists small links into a spiral, so it catches light along its whole length. At 0.85 mm it is a fine chain, made for a small pendant or for layering. Length: 18″. As a guide, at 18″ it falls just below the collarbone.
14K gold (58.5% gold) balances colour and durability, which is why it is the standard for fine jewelry worn daily; it does not tarnish. It works on its own or as the base of a layered set.
