10K Yellow Gold Cable Chain 0.87mm

This cable chain is made in 10K yellow gold. Cable chain is the classic oval-link chain, each link turned at right angles to the next; it is the natural choice for a pendant. At 0.87 mm it is a fine chain, made for a small pendant or for layering. Available in 16″, 18″, 20″. As a guide, at 16″ it sits at the base of the neck; at 18″ it falls just below the collarbone; at 20″ it lands on the upper chest.

10K gold is 41.7% pure gold, alloyed with stronger metals, which makes it harder-wearing and more resistant to scratches than higher karats. It works on its own or as the base of a layered set.
