October 2024 Update
Since setting this goal, we’ve been developing a robust DEIB framework to share with our suppliers and partners by the end of Q4. This framework will outline clear expectations for representation and inclusion, focusing on historically excluded communities.
Recognizing that setting standards is only the beginning, we’re dedicated to supporting our partners through resources and training programs designed to overcome challenges and achieve these shared objectives.

October 2024 Update
This year, we’ve prioritized in-store events and volunteering opportunities to empower our team and foster deeper connections with local communities. So far, we’ve hosted eight events across four locations, engaging over 3,500 attendees.

Volunteering Highlights:
In September, Peelerie launched our first corporate-wide “Act for Impact” campaign, where team members from across locations participated in assembling educational kits for underserved communities. These kits, along with handmade bookmarks, were donated to local nonprofits to make learning more inclusive. This year, our team members collectively dedicated 110 hours to volunteering efforts, positively impacting 290 community members.
